Nixie scored big.
After everything this sweet girl has survived, Nixie has landed exactly where she belongs—with a family completely obsessed with her.
Her new life comes with two teenagers, two very devoted parents, a small, sweet pack of dogs, road trips, adventures, cuddles…and even a pool.
Considering how much Nixie loves the water, we have a feeling she’s going to make very good use of that last one.
Nixie is one of those dogs who makes herself unforgettable. She loves her treats, loves to be close, and announces mealtime with the deepest, most magnificent bellows you can imagine. She is funny, affectionate, social, incredibly cuddly, and somehow still so trusting after all she’s been through.
Now she gets to simply be someone’s dog.
She gets family road trips. Teenagers to love. Dogs to curl up beside. Parents who already adore her. A pool to splash in. Treats before she even has time to ask for them.
After waiting so long for this life, Nixie could not be more deserving of every single bit of it.
