Against unimaginable odds, Lovey and all three of her puppies found their way back to one another.
Lovey fiercely protected her babies during a devastating pack attack, suffering serious injuries in the process. Somehow, her three puppies—rescued from three different locations—were each found, identified, and reunited with their mother. It was the kind of ending that almost never happens.
Today, their family is whole.
Lovey has become the heart of New Leash On Love Sanctuary. Brave, gentle, and endlessly nurturing, she's the pack's adopted mom. She keeps the peace, comforts newcomers, and celebrates every happy moment with her signature howls and joyful dances around the sanctuary.
Chester
Once a shy, fearful little feral puppy, Chester has blossomed into one of the sanctuary's sweetest souls. Quiet, gentle, and kind, he's proof that patience and love can transform even the most frightened heart.
Nico
Our pocket-sized Labrador with the biggest personality. Nico is pure comedy—especially when she falls asleep with her tiny tongue sticking out like a little bookmark. She keeps everyone smiling.
Millie
A petite Golden Retriever with a heart to match. Millie is affectionate, cuddly, wonderfully cheeky, and always ready for an adventure or a cuddle.
Together, the Loveys bring youth, laughter, playfulness, and a special kind of joy to the sanctuary. Their story reminds us that even after the darkest chapters, families can still find their way home.
